5 Days Intro Boot Camp
Cancellation Policy
Wicked Waggles provides structured services with limited availability. For this reason, cancellations and refunds are not accepted once a booking has been made.
Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers have the right to cancel within 14 days of making a booking if services have not yet started.
If services are requested to begin within this 14-day period:

The right to cancel is waived once the Boot Camp or any related services have started.

If cancellation is requested before services begin, charges will apply for any preparation work already carried out.
Exceptions
Cancellations will only be accepted in the event of a medical emergency affecting the dog. Written proof from a licensed veterinarian is required.
